Kapnistavi Waterfalls
the green forests of Colchis and the freshness of mountain water
about the location
The Kapnistavi Waterfalls are a series of picturesque waterfalls near Batumi, surrounded by dense Colchian forests. They’re easy to reach, and the trail is straightforward, yet the area remains relatively off the beaten path. Several cascades are tucked away in the gorge, and some of the waterfalls are hidden in the thickets—to find them, you’ll have to explore the trails. In addition to a leisurely walk, you can also try rappelling down the canyons.
