You need to be in good shape; experience is not required.
This usually involves up to 500 m of elevation gain and up to 12 km of road.
There may occasionally be sections with a steep incline, but they are not long.

3. Medium difficulty.
The route involves a climb of about 1,000 meters.

4. Above average.
Sometimes these are hikes with backpacks, sometimes without, but they cover long distances or involve an elevation gain of more than 1,000 meters.

Multi-day backpacking trips, hiking.
