program
Day 1, Dec. 30: A Plunge into Winter
We leave Batumi around 9 a.m. The drive to Svaneti is part of the adventure itself, with picturesque scenery and a mandatory stop for tea in Zugdidi.

Upon arrival in Mestia, we check into our cozy hotel, take our first stroll through the charming streets, and end the day with a friendly dinner, looking forward to the upcoming celebration.
Day Two, Dec. 31: Snowy Thrills and New Year's Magic
We’ll spend the entire day on the slopes! We’ll head to one of the ski resorts—Zuruldi or Tetnuldi (we’ll choose based on snow and slope conditions). We’ll ski, catch some powder, and soak up the energy of the mountains until 4:00 p.m.

In the evening, we’ll head back to get ready for the main event! A festive dinner with our group awaits us at the hotel. After the feast, we’ll go for a stroll through the city at night to ring in the New Year against the backdrop of Mestia’s ancient towers, and we’ll also drop by some friendly parties!

EQUIPMENT AND PREPARATION: If you need a snowboard instructor, you can book one in advance; for skiing, you can get tips from our guide (intermediate+ level).

It’s best to bring your own ski clothing or rent it from our Take&Hike rental shop, along with the necessary gear for safe and comfortable skiing.
Day Three, January 1: Leisure, Culture, and History
We’ll recharge and start the new year with a late, leisurely breakfast! Afterward, we’ll head up the mountain. In the evening, we’ll immerse ourselves in the history of Svaneti: we’ll visit Mikhail Khergiani’s authentic house-museum and, of course, climb a genuine 11th-century Svan tower with a guide to experience the ancient legends of this region.
Day Four, January 2: Freedom of Choice: Ushguli or Novy Sklon
This day depends on your mood:

A trip to Ushguli: We’ll head out to admire Europe’s highest-altitude village and take photos of the famous towers against the backdrop of the snow-capped Caucasus Mountains.

Or a day on the slopes: We’ll continue exploring the ski resort.

In the evening, we’ll head to the sauna to warm up and relax, relieve muscle tension, and share our experiences.
Day Five, January 3: Skiing and the Closing Ceremony
Breakfast, and then—one last run on the slopes! In the evening—a farewell dinner and a friendly get-together at our cozy hotel overlooking Mestia at night.
Day Six, January 4: Saying Goodbye to the Mountains
We’ll have breakfast at the hotel, ready to head out so we don’t waste a single minute! We’ll hit the slopes right away. We’ll enjoy a late lunch together right on the mountain, followed by one last run, after which we’ll return to Mestia and head back to Batumi.
Our itinerary has been carefully planned down to the last detail, but nature has its own way of things. Some parts of the route may be rearranged depending on the weather and other factors—so that each destination is revealed to us in the best possible light.

This flexibility allows us to make the trip even more comfortable and enriching!
New Year's Menu
We’ll have traditional salads (what New Year’s celebration would be complete without them?!)—shuba and olivier—as well as a Georgian meat dish, appetizers, vegetable platters, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages, a bottle of champagne, and tangerines. Other alcoholic beverages are not included in the price.
