Rules for Using a Gift Certificate

  • General Provisions:
    • A gift certificate can be used to pay for trips, in-store purchases, and equipment rentals.

    • The certificate is available in denominations of 100 lari, 150 lari, and 200 lari, as well as higher amounts in multiples of 50.

    • or the face value of the travel certificate is equal to the cost of the trip.
  • Using the certificate for travel:
    • The certificate can be used to pay for any trip organized by our company.

    • If the cost of the selected trip exceeds the certificate's face value, you must pay the difference.

    • If the cost of the selected trip is less than the certificate's face value, the remaining balance can be used toward a rental or a purchase at the store

    • A certificate is considered redeemed when you book a spot on a tour. If the tour is canceled, the certificate's value will be credited to your virtual account and can be applied to another trip.
  • Using a certificate for in-store purchases and equipment rentals:
    • You can use the certificate to purchase items in the store and rent equipment from the rental shop.

    • If the purchase or rental price exceeds the certificate's face value, the difference must be paid.

    • If the purchase or rental price is less than the certificate's face value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • Valid until:
    • The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless an expiration date is specified on the certificate.

    • Once the certificate expires, it is considered invalid and cannot be used.
  • Terms of Use:
    • The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • The certificate can be used only once. It cannot be reused, nor can the remaining balance be refunded after partial use.

    • The certificate is not issued in a specific person's name and may be transferred to another person.
  • Directions for use:
    • You must present your certificate when paying for travel, making purchases at a store, or renting equipment.

    • If a certificate is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.
  • Additional Terms:
    • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for using gift certificates. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the company's official website.
