The main highlight of this trip is that we'll be exploring space. Of course, during the day we’ll be sightseeing in the region.
And also for the colors of fall—after all, this is the time of golden autumn!
And we'll spend the evening on a tour of the observatory and watching the Orionid meteor shower.
If you've never seen a "shooting star," there's a very good chance you'll get to see one with us.
Get your wishes ready so you have time to make them.
When it gets dark, we'll go on an evening tour of Georgia's only observatory.
Let's look at the planets through a telescope, take a tour of the observatory's museum, and listen to a lecture by the lead astronomer—it's really fascinating and interesting!
The price of the tour is included in the cost of the trip.
Afterward, we'll head to a wild clearing at an elevation of about 1,200 meters above sea level.
We'll be observing the Orionid meteor shower—those very "shooting stars"—and along the way, our naturalist will teach you how to navigate the night sky and find constellations.
Around noon, we'll head back to the hotel to sleep.
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to the trailhead. The hike will take us through a coniferous forest—cozy and mysterious. The incline is gentle, so we’ve classified this hike as a Level 1 difficulty. We’ll see what kinds of mushrooms grow here, breathe in the fresh air, visit an old fortress, and, of course, enjoy the views.
Distance: 8–10 km.
Elevation gain: about 400–500 m.
After our hike, we'll head to a cozy clearing for lunch, and then we'll head home.
We'll be in Batumi around 10 p.m.

Level 1 difficulty—what does that mean?
You can hike these trails even without any hiking experience, but you need to be in good physical shape. The trail isn't very long and doesn't involve a significant elevation gain.
But don't forget that this is still a hike in the mountains.
