This SUP is made using MSL technology from high-density polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a wear-resistant and flame-retardant material. This technology means that the materials are not glued together, but rather welded under high temperature and pressure. The result is a multilayer construction. The board's surface is finished with reinforced edges and a non-slip EVA coating. On the bottom, in the tail section, are mating mounts for a crucial SUP component—three small fins. The fins won't break if they hit an obstacle. They are made of elastic material and equipped with locks to prevent them from getting lost.
Optimal rigidity.
The Kayak Koi SUP is inflated using a valve with a twist lock. When closed, it blocks the air flow and prevents the SUP from deflating. Fully inflate the board in 5 minutes using the included pump to a pressure of 12-15 PSI, which is sufficient for any skill level.
Practical design.
The nose of the Feath-R-Lite Koi SUP board features a system of four D-rings, through which a cord is threaded crisscross, creating a cargo net for storing cargo. A large SUP board can safely accommodate a bag or backpack. A sturdy handle in the middle makes it easy to climb onto the SUP or carry it to the water. A ring at the tail allows for attaching a safety rope.
