Uses

To better maintain the temperature, preheat or chill the mug first. Before carrying it, screw both parts of the lid on tightly. Take the lid apart when washing it, and dry all parts thoroughly. The length of time the temperature is maintained depends on the initial temperature of the beverage, how full the mug is, and how often it is opened.
